Booking & payment

Do I need to book ahead?

Each trip takes a small group — up to 6 guests — so it's best to book ahead, especially in peak season.

How do I pay?

No need to pay in advance — book in a moment, then settle with your skipper at the pier before departure.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours, it is non-refundable.

What if the weather turns?

If sea conditions aren't safe, you'll get a full refund or a free reschedule — the skipper decides no later than 4 hours before departure, based on the marine forecast and harbour conditions.

What departure times are there?

When should I arrive?

Aim to be at Molo dei Pescatori, Monterosso al Mare about 10–15 minutes before your departure time.

Do you provide life jackets?

Yes — life jackets for every guest are on board, as required for the trip.

What to bring

Should I bring swimwear?

Yes — the tour includes time to swim in clear water, so bring your swimwear and a towel.

What else should I wear?

Comfortable clothes and shoes you don't mind getting a little wet, plus a hat and sunglasses for the sun.

Is there anything I should bring for the sun?

Your own sun cream is a good idea — the glare off the water is strong even on a mild day.
